Our Story

BUILDING ALBANIA'S FUTURE SINCE 2004

Founded in 2004, KLAR sh.p.k. has grown from a Tirana-based construction firm into one of Albania's most respected and trusted names in the built environment. Our journey spans two decades of delivering residential towers, commercial complexes, mixed-use developments, and hospitality projects that have permanently changed the skylines of Albanian cities.

Today we manage the full lifecycle of every project — from initial design consultation and permitting, through engineering and construction, all the way to handover and beyond. KLAR IS FOUNDED

Established in Tirana with a bold vision: to bring international construction standards to Albania's rapidly growing urban landscape.

2004
2009

FIRST MAJOR COMPLEX

Completion of our first multi-unit residential complex in Tirana, establishing our reputation for quality and on-time delivery.

EXPANSION INTO MIXED-USE

KLAR diversifies its portfolio with its first mixed-use development — combining residential apartments with ground-floor commercial spaces on the New Boulevard.

2019

LALZI BAY COASTAL RESORT

Delivered one of Albania's most ambitious coastal residential developments — Lalzi Bay — setting a new benchmark for resort-style living in the country.

LOTUS LAKE RESIDENCE
